Really loved the room with a balcony, it was so nice to chill there. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, super comfy! The location was really convenient, close to everything I needed. Honestly, everything was great, I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in town! 🌟

Location: the hotel was so close to Lido Mall and metro station and Also in close proximity to office locations. The breakfast selection was above average with many cooked-to-order Indian options. I was there for 1 night and would like to stay longer...

Everything was well-maintained, exceptionally nice staff, decent views of Ulsoor lake. The location was great - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. We tried some drinks at bar Mighty Small, located 5 minutes walk away. The pool was great and we had fine drinks in the Irish bar. In addition, it had free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

The central location makes it very convenient to get around; the staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, providing top-notch services; the room is tidy and comes with super comfy beds, plenty of storage, a coffee table, and a cozy couch.

Wonderful pool area, fantastic restaurants & cocktail bar, nice gym and spa, very comfortale beds, modern rooms. Awesome breakfast buffet!!! They always ask you for feedback and really listen to it.

The internet is charged extra - and quite a lot I think. But for that it is a really good connection, no problems skyping etc. Also there is quite a lot of service and luxury tax at the end, which pushes up the price quite a lot. But that is not specific for this hotel of course, but in gerneral. But still something to keep in mind!

Slightly overpriced, rooms walls are thin - you can hear others, hotel security is understandable but the entrance is only for cars despite it is in the middle of the city

Very well-mannered and absolutely courteous staff members. the breakfast is delicious, available with international cuisines and a nice view. - I have stayed here before and I would absolutely stay here again.

The staff at the hotel were very professional and well-trained in providing top-notch service. the location of the hotel is excellent, being quiet and close to the city center. I also enjoyed dining at a nearby place called Memories of China a few times.
